Yes, slugs will cycle without issue, you will want to use a cylinder or improved cylinder choke with them, it is not considered safe to shoot them through a more restricted choke tube than either of those.
Chi, yes, slugs will fire without issue. A cylinder choke is recommended for best smooth bore accuracy. A cylinder choke is recommended for shooting rifled slugs in a smooth-bore barrel. Sabot slugs should only be shot through our fully-rifled slug barrels.
yes it will be fine to shoot slugs through your best accuracy will come with foster type (rifled) slugs sabot slugs only give good accuracy out of a rifled barrel I would test the slugs wit cylinder IC and mod chokes to find which give the best accuracy ( I have seen each of them be the best in certain guns)
