Yes I do think. The mil spec grips will fit.
It does appear to use standard 1911 grips and grip screws. I could not find anything in the owner's manual to guarantee either way however.
There's no guarantee of fitment, but many can be added to this pistol. Check out online 1911 forums.
Jeff, there is a 99% chance if your other 1911 is a Government or Commander sized grip will fit the American Tactical Imports M1911. Should be the same screw pattern.
I've swapped grips on lots of 1911's. Sometimes Taurus is a problem but the rest were an easy swap. You may have to do some fitting around the ambi-safety on some though. The newer Springfield grips that I've seen are all cut for the ambi-safety lever that goes under the grip. A Dremel will fix it though.
