Randall, The problem with CO law is a firearm cannot be altered in any way including pulling non compliant standard capacity magazine. So if firearm is not CO compliant from factory including magazine capacity it cannot be altered including pulling magazine.---------We will not ship firearms to a third party to be modified or changed in any way from manufactured specifications. The firearm you purchase must be compliant AS IS from the manufacturer before we will ship. And BUDs can't modify it by pulling magazine.

Randall, Buds usually does not open/alter new firearms packages including Magazines.
