William, Yes Sir. The magazines are cross compatible with both the 22tcm 9r and 9mm.

it can use both 22TCM and 22TCM9R ammo I have this gun it is 9MM / 22TCM the 22TCM can use 22 TCM 9r ammo but the 22TCM9R will not work with 22TCM ammo the 22TCM uses a slightly longer bullet the 22TCM9R is loaded with a shorter bullet to fit in 9mm mags the case is the same on both 22TCM and 22TCM9R
