Matt, you are correct that it is RH biased but, it actually is not bad for a lefty Sir. It is fairly easy for a lefty to get used to in short order with a little practice/range time.

Matt, You won't have any problem. You've been adjusting your entire life as a left hander. Same with this pistol. Set up will be no show stopper or deal breaker if you like the pistol.
