Waynn, No. but with the case deflector the spent cases will go in front of a left handed shooter. You will have no problem with brass hitting you.

Wayne, not currently Sir. Spent shells are ejected forward and right of shooter . You could also attach a shell catcher as well. No issue with firing left hand. I have no issues being right handed and shooting weak had.
