Yes, model 20052 is intended for 1" scope tubes. Depending on the rail you are using and whether or not you need to clear iron sights or a hammer I might be concerned with the height of the rings as these are the lowest mounts available. Looks like they are out of stock on Buds' currently but B Square model 20054 (medium) and 20056 (high) are also intended for 1" tubes at different heights.
