I live on a private lake, rural, but there are other homes around the lake. Need to take out poisonous snakes now and then using .22 snake shot.
Does this suppressor keep the discharge noise down? I know it is not a silencer but would like the noise to be baffled somewhat for the benefit of a couple of folks out here that just like to complain.

Kenneth, it will have no effect on the noise. The report will be farther from the shooter as the muzzle is further away but the report will still be the same as a non suppressed firearm.
