Don, Buds usually does not open/alter new firearms packages including Magazines. I have heard from members that if magazine capacity is the Only State restriction, some Customer Service Reps have offered this so I would contact Buds to see whether they will or not at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.

Don, In CO you can not alter the way a firearm comes from the factory at all to ship to CO. So you can not even pull the magazines.---------------We will not ship firearms to a third party to be modified or changed in any way from manufactured specifications. The firearm you purchase must be compliant AS IS from the manufacturer before we will ship. From CO State restrictions.
