Sights and cerakoted finish seem to be the only differences.

The $429 Model has a Tungsten Slide Finish and the $394 has an Olive Drab Green Slide Finish. Every other spec is identical down to the sights (Warren Tactical Red and Green Fiber Optic Sights) for both.
