I've seen in several reviews of the JRC take down models that they are stored in an unpresuming black backpack case.  Does this come with that style carrying case?

I cant find any "official" mention of a backpack carrying case so I suggest that you contact JRC with the UPC or model number and ask them you can contact them at JRC FACTORY SERVICE

It does not appear that it does. No one else is showing the packs when checking the UPC, and JRC shows that these are separate, unless you specifically get the take down combo pack, which includes their sling pack.
