Refunds are typically issued within 1-2 business days of a cancellation request, excepting ACH payments which can not be refunded until the fifth business day, which is when BudsGunShop.com actually receives the funds. An e-mail is sent with confirmation of the refund being issued. For card payments, funds are typically posted back into your account within 3 to 5 business days, but this would depend on your card company. For ACH payments, refunds take the same time as payments to post to your account - five business days. We recommend contacting our Customer Service team to have the items on your order exchanged rather than refunded as this avoids waiting on refund time frames.
