Richard, No this barrel is for a P226 and will not function in a P320. They are not interchangeable. The P226 9mm barrel will swap with an older P220 9mm. The P229C will swap with P224. Besides the length of the barrel, the location and angle of lower barrel lug, which "tilts" the chamber end of the barrel into the ejection port to lock it into place, is different.
