Can I get a threaded barrel for this or get a gun smith to modify it for a suppressor and can I modify the receiver for better accuracy and change the sights to something I can adjust if need be? What is the overall length as well? feed back is appreciated :)

Gemtech does custom barrel threading. OAL is 4.98". By the time you do all these mods, you will probably have surpassed the price of a suppressor ready model pistol.
