I noticed several similar questions and the answers all said that gift cards should have 12 digits. I got 2 of them. Both have 8 digits. One of them works when I enter it. The other says it has 0 balance or is invalid.

Andrew, Buds Customer Service can assist with the non function Gift Card Code at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.

Andrew, Make sure you use the correct digits. Many times I have problems with 1 or l, 0 and o,. The l is a lower case L and not upper case I. BUDs CS should help at 1-859-368-0371
