Jesse, you can use this cloth multiple times. It comes packaged in a convenient re-closable poly bag, staying clean and moist after use. My guess would be until it became too dirty to be effective cleaning.

I have used them many times just keep it sealed in a ziplock bag when not in use. I don't use it for heavy cleaning just to wipe down the guns before putting them in a case or the safe I replace when it drys out
