Mike, the CZ 455 w/Varmint Barrel will work best with Medium Height Rings. You would only need higher Rings for a 50mm or larger Bell Scope.

Mike, Medium height rings will work with 40 mm scope bell. If you want a higher vantage for your cheek weld high rings will also work. Just can't use low rings with 40 mm scope bell.
