Casey, due to high order volumes , lately they have been 30mins to an hour late starting at 9am and shutting down the Chat a bit early as of late. Like 30mins before their 9pm cutoff time.

I don't think the chat is a 24-hour service but I'm not sure what time you checked.

Casey, The chat tab is not always there just when they have it manned, It's always popping up on my screen. Whatever I look for it's there. Kinda a pain.
