The UPC states otherwise. I had thought that the description was trying to say that the cylinder is fluted to appear as a 6 round cylinder though it is 12 rounds, but I guess not. It was my pleasure to assist you.

It is a 12 round capacity. The cylinder has grooves to like 6 capacity.
