Adam, I have no direct experience but have seen decent you tube reviews Sir. At this price point, I would not hold high expectations on the sustained finish durability. Looking at reviews and Rock Island forums, I would place the scale of finish durability at a 6 out of 10.

Adam, It is just a nickel plated finish and will chip off with hard use.
