I'm not sure about when you say "any other." I don't know if you mean any other rail or any other Buck Mark. To answer some of your question, aftermarket rails are available for a variety of the Buck Mark pistols. I have done it to one of my 4 Buck Mark pistols. Particularly, a UDX model.
