Robert, no Sir. The magazine attaches outside of the Pistol Grip & has a 1/2"x28 TPI Threaded Barrel (both not legal in CT) . Details under Handguns here : https://www.budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/connecticut_restrictions.pdf
