Brandon, no Sir. This rifle has too many NJ restricted features such as telescoping stock, Pistol grip, Threaded Barrel, Flash suppressor etc as listed here : https://www.budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/new_jersey_restrictions.pdf
