Exactly why I don't know. But I love it. I already bought me some by choosing the serial number. If I could choose the serial number for every firearm I purchase I would do it. I look for serial numbers that match a birthday, wedding day, year the firearm was made, etc. Sometimes with particular firearms I have and serial numbers, if I'm able to buy another one with a serial number before mine or after mine I will normally buy it to have consecutive serial numbers. I once sold 4 Glocks, and made good profit, with consecutive serial numbers. There are many reasons why people would like to choose their serial numbers. It's kind of like getting a new phone number. Sometimes you're able to get some of the numbers you want. It was my pleasure to assist you.
Joseph, many folks order multiple firearms and prefer consecutive Serial Numbers, especially collectors. This gives them an opportunity to select this order rather than just getting arbitrary Serial Numbers. Cheers!
Because people like specific serial numbers and letters. Personally I don't give a rat's a z z. Consecutive serial numbers or birthdays or names don't make a difference to me.
