No, 22 Magnum is both too long and larger in diameter than 22LR so it would not fit in the cylinder not to mention the safety issues of firing a significantly higher pressure cartridge out of a gun that was not designed to do so. A 22LR revolver should be able to fire 22LR, 22 Long, and 22 Short with no issues, just no Magnum.

Joseph, no Sir. Ony 22LR, 22L and 22Short can be used in the 22LR cylinder. The 22 Magnum has it's own separate cylinder since the 22 Mag case is longer and thicker than the 22LR. Negative. The 22 WMR is a different animal. It is much larger than a 22 LR. I would recommend looking for a combo style firearm. Meaning, one that comes with 2 cylinders, such as a 22 magnum and 22 long rifle. It was my pleasure to assist you.
