Rocky, if it is the upgraded version, which I believe it to be, it will have an "Upgraded Sticker" from Beretta. Buds Customer Service should be able to get this information from their inventory Department. I believe this pistol is upgraded as I got a Gray one that was. Other vendors state their upgraded model in their description.
