Hamid, the Shadow 2 Orange is more accurate. It has a tighter slide to frame fit with an improved barrel bushing and a tuned trigger over the Shadow Orange. it has a Competition Tuned barrel to slide lockup and trigger. Custom tuning for improved accuracy and number of units in stock are the reason for the price difference. Buds prices are tied to stock level and similar pistols can be significantly more or less depending on the number of units in stock.
They're both very accurate, I ran a TSO for a while before switching to a Tanfoglio and it was more accurate than me. I've tried the Accushadow 2, the other custom shop model of the Shadow 2 and it was very accurate as well. Any pistol that utilizes a barrel bushing should be an improvement over a standard barrel design. The Shadow 2 Orange is a custom shop model, more labor involved to build it vs the TSO which is a production model not to mention lower numbers of them produced.
