Brett, absolutely yes on the shoulder stock. No question that a shoulder stock will make firing for her immensely easier.

Honey, my mother has the same medical issue. There's no way she can comfortably fire this type of shotgun. I would recommend a stocked shotgun and maybe even a Limbsaver pad.
