No, vertical grip on a pistol creates an AOW and the loophole of being over 26" does not apply here as the gun is too short. Angled grips or grip stops are perfectly legal though.

Matt, vertical grip changes the classification to an NFA AOW. You can use an Angled Grip no issue : https://www.budsgunshop.com/search.php?q=angled+grip&type=
