Hi, to answer your question probably be safe in the 130 - 140 grain range, but honestly, it depends a lot on the ammo you use as well. I have always had great results with both Hornady and Federal ammo. Gerald, if you mean 6.5 Creedmoor, It would depend on which your particular rifle likes the best. I would test a few boxes of each of these to see which is ultimately most accurate in your rifle. Gerald, You should try several weights to see what your rifle likes best. I get the best accuracy with my 24" heavy barrel on my 6.5 creedmoor bolt gun with the heavier 140 gr rounds.
