Sem, yes Sir it is. Customers must possess a valid Illinois FOID (Firearm Owner's ID) card to purchase firearms or ammunition any where in Illinois.Alternately, persons possessing a valid Illinois Concealed Carry License may present their valid license in lieu of the FOID card. It must be faxed or emailed to us prior to shipment at FFL@BudsGunShop.com or Fax : 1-800-804-5569
