A rebate card will probably not be packaged with the pistol. Smith & Wesson has an online rebate form for the program available, as well as a printable copy you may mail if you prefer. https://www.smith-wesson.com/rebates

The best way to do this is to go online and use the rebate form. Remember, one way that companies fund their rebates is becuase X percent of buyers forget to fill out the forms or mail them in ontime. Do it before the deadline. I bought a SW because of this rebate too. Happy shooting.
