High points can be hard to find holsters for, but I would say yes, if you get the 035 model it would fit your highpoint 9mm because it will fit a 1911 and a highpoint 9mm is about the same size as a 1911. Also because it will fit medium to large sixe handguns and that is what the highpoints are considered.
