David, these are Copper Jacked Lead Core Bullets at 940 FPS at the muzzle and 205 ft/lbs energy at the muzzle. I have no stats on penetration in ballistics gel mentioned.

David, This round is a great value defensive round. The jacket and petals stay together after penetration. If you want to test against others get a box of newspapers and do your own test on penetration and bullet separation.
