I am interested in the CZ Scorpion EVO 3 S2 Micro Pistol but I'm having a tough time figuring out if I need an ATF Form 1 and tax stamp prior to purchase. I live in Michigan, which has fairly unrestricted gun laws, in general. Any insights appreciated. Thanks!

Kent, no Sir you do not need an ATF Form 1 & Tax Stamp. This firearm has a telescoping SB Tactical arm Brace and not a Shoulder Stock which classifies it as a standard Pistol/Handgun. A Shoulder Stiock would make it an SBR requiring ATF Form 1 & Tax Stamp. You are good to go in Michigan.
