Doug, It would be very tight. A G20 is wider the a 1911, but the nylon holster is fairly flexible. Inside the waistband with a G20 is pretty uncomfortable. I would look for a better option like this shoulder harness holster.

Doug, no Sir. The Glock 20 has a particular square forward trigger guard and will not seat correctly in this 1911 holster due to it's trigger guard half round design.
