Mike, the Franchi Affinity uses an Inertia Driven® system and will operate reliably on a wide range of loads from light bird loads through heavy Buck Shot and Slugs.

The minimum recommended load is 3-dram at 1 1/8 ounces if that's what you mean. A wide variety or loads may be used. It was my pleasure to assist you.
