These have since gone to C&R status and should be able to be shipped to a Class(1) FFL. So it should be CA Roster exempt. Buds may or may not (it's their dime) ship this to CA. I would call Customer Service at (859) 368-0371 for their policy on this firearm.

I don't think these are C&R? If so it would only be for the age, and without a serial # there is no way to tell. So I'd say they will not ship these to CA.
