Bobby, I don't think anyone has a picture on Buds website. If it is even possible, Buds Customer Service can advise/assist you at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.

This website doesn't work that way. Nobody has a photograph. I've never seen an option to upload one or not. When available, you can chat live with a representative. The chat option will be on the lower right side of any page you are on while visiting the website.There is also a large advertisement on top of the page that will give you detailed information.
