I'm sorry you are angry or if you're having issues. I've never used the Reserve option, so I can't assist you with that. But we have a good community and someone should be able to assist you. I've only had items in notification.
Millard, you do get notified either way. I think the reserve is just to get a commitment. You know the old saying.... a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush. Cheers!
IM NEW TO THIS CHAT SO IM WILLING TO LEARN WITH YOU. YALL CAN TEACH ME SOMETHING.
Millard, Having done both a "Reserve" means you pay for item to reserve and it is shipped to you when it comes in. If not in by 90 days you have option of cancelling order."Notify" is just that. BUDs lets you know when the item is in stock. That's all.
Millard, The Reserve is a normal purchase of out of stock item with an order numbered and placed for an item not in stock with the Reserve option. I've done it on Reserve option ammo and have gotten great deals. To get notified you can hit the Notify Me When Item is Available on any out of stock item. Then get notified when in stock with no guarantee of getting item before it is sold out again. Not all out of stock items will have the Reserve option.
In essence, Notify Me will just give you a notification via email that the item is back in stock. The reservation, from recently learning, is basically paying for the item to guarantee you get it. After 90 days of Bud's still doesn't have it you can get your money back. I just read about it before I answered you. It was a pleasure.
