This possibly could be a mistake. This looks like a 3rd generation. The actual grips don't have those tiny pimple looking things as the generation 4s do. The texture is different from gen 3 to gen 4. I'm not too sure if there's a difference between an USA Glock and an Austria Glock.

Alex, The picture could be a stock photo. The pistol coming with 3 magazines is kind of a tip of it is a Gen 4. Gen 3 models only ship with 2. I would not trust photo. You can always check with BUDs at 1-859-368-0371
