According to Smith&Wesson Website there are two grips included - wood & synthetic. According to S&W factory customer support, one answered that the Synthetic grip was NOT wrap around (backstrap showing) and another rep said definitely the Synthetic grip WAS wrap around. Tough to order one if I do not know. Thanks!
