Sig CPO pistols do come with a 1 year factory warranty which may include the finish. I don't know that they refinish every one of them but they are a reputable company and I can't imagine they would call it CPO if the finish is poor. You can always order and inspect it once it arrives at the FFL and if the finish is not what you expected you do have to accept the transfer and haveit sent back. Hope that helps.
