Tabitha, no Ma'am. The approved P238 Models will have a -CA in their model numbers. The CA DOJ approved Roster is here : https://oag.ca.gov/firearms/certified-handguns/search?make=150970
As a Californian, I can assure you that this is not legal in our state. The way you are able to get one is if you buy it via private party transfer from someone who brought it into the state legally. There are other P238 models available, but none of the "cool" ones. It was my pleasure to assist you.
