If all I need is a stock what would you guys recommend? If it helps i plan to do long range shooting and I want to build my own rifle but not spend thousands on a customized rifle. Thanks guys.

You can find good info at the following site: legacysports.com/catalog/howa/. Also, Boyd's makes many stocks as well at good prices co pared to other stocks. But you lay what you get for. Personally, I've used Boyd's stocks and never had issues. The Bravo stock is nice, though. https://www.boydsgunstocks.com/. It was my pleasure to assist you.
