I want to build a 6.5 Creedmoor rifle. Is this caliber specific or it doesn't matter as long as it's the right model for the rest right? I want a nice shooting 6.5.

Shane, caliber does not matter Sir. Notes directly from Timney  :  The Howa 1500 action does not take advantage of the safety with bolt-lock position, therefore it is necessary to remove the bolt-lock tab from the safety (instructions included). The overtravel adjustment screw has been eliminated, therefore the overtravel is not adjustable. If this trigger will not work with a particular style of Howa 1500, Timney will alter the trigger at no charge if the trigger is returned directly to Timney.

No, it is not caliber specific. I seen your other question about the Howa barrel and action. That's a 1500 and the description of this states it is for the 1500. I would recommend using the trigger that comes with the other parts you asked about, before buying this one. It was my pleasure to assist you.
