No, the lower receiver of that gun is wider than a standard AR lower so this and other levers intended for regular AR's will be too short to fit through the receiver properly. If you happen to be looking for left-handed operation only you should be able to swap the selector to the other side. Otherwise, Battle Arms Development does market an ambi selector specifically for the M&P 15-22 unfortunately Buds' does not carry it. Fred, no Sir. The lower receiver on the 15-22 is wider than a standard AR15. This will cause binding issues if you use a standard AR15 safety.
