Vincent, Go to the order history page, go to the order. Scroll down to bottom and if promo bid link is there you can hit it to resend promo bid link to your email inbox. If promo bids are not there just email e-gunner penny auction at----------help@egunner.com and reference order number, name , and date and they will update your promo bids. You only get promo bids for one order a week and order has to be over $50.
