Dean, This firearm is prohibited in VT. Even with rim fire rounds. Can not be altered to ship to VT. Rifles/Shotguns with a magazine capacity that exceeds 10 rounds are prohibited. Rifles magazines 10 rounds EXCEPT: o Firearms with an attached tubular devices designed to accept, and capable of operating with .22 rimfire ammunition o All calibers of lever-action or bolt-action rifles, or antique firearms(made before 1898) o C&R category firearms

Unfortunately, like California, it is not compliant. Magazines cannot hold more than 10, unless it's tubular. It's very similar to California. It was my pleasure to assist you.
