Emanuel, this is a Carbine/Rifle in our Great State of North Carolina Sir.

Emanual, This is a carbine. With the rifle stock and faux suppressor increasing barrel length past 16" it does not qualify s a pistol.

This is definitely a carbine. It is a great carbine. I love mine so much.
